The software "PhotoMeister" was created by Paessler AG, a software company specialized on Network Monitoring Software.

Paessler AG was founded in 1997 by CEO Dirk Paessler. His vision was to create cost effective software that is both powerful AND easy to use. In the beginning all products were developed from our own need for simple and cost effective solutions for some particular problems - and we were unable to find a suitable solution for that met our budget. So we programmed software we always wanted to have for ourselves. This process makes sure that our products deliver power right on target!

One of the results of this process was PhotoMeister which is available as freeware on this website.
